1. Caution deposit paid will be refunded at the time of vacating the hostel after deducting outstanding rent, maintenance and EB charges.
2. Rent once paid will not be returned for any reasons.
3. One full month notice should be given (from the billing date) before vacating the hostel.
4. If ONE FULL MONTH NOTICE is not given, advance amount (caution deposit) will not be
returned.
5. Inmate should keep their belongings safely; hostel management is not responsible for any
loss of personal belongings.
6. Inmate should clear all the dues as per the agreed rent, caution deposit and notice period.
